Tuesdays:

7 pm Salsa, Son and Body Motion
8 pm Afrocuban, Orisas, Rumba, Congo, Arara

Afro Cuban Dances:
This high-energy class will focus on the wide range of cultures from the Afro Cuban tradition Rumba, Orishas, Arara and Congo dance styles. The class will also teach students the Afro-Cuban dance techniques focus on rhythms and the drums accents and developing a gradual corporal coordination, toward a relaxing and energizing connection to the music.

Salsa and Son (Cuban on 1, on 2):
This class will improve skills for an integrated partner work, with patterns that enhance leading and following skills, spins and turns. Using the rhythm and the clave, the elements of Son, (old school salsa) and Casino Rueda, (social Cuban social style of spontaneous choreography), students will perfected body motion, postures, weight transfer and groove for salsa.
