Description

CLUB CACHE is one of New York City's best kept secrets .... Each Thursday, Salseros in the know come out for a pure dance experience in this underground nightclub .... CLUB CACHE is not too fancy and short on frills but it is large on the music and the dancing ....

Each week our guest deejays spin classic Salsa music, along with Mambo and just a touch of the Cha Cha that is seldom heard anywhere else in mainstream Latin clubs .... Coined as "Home of the Dancer" and "A Friend to the Dance Community", every week some of the best dancers all around the Tri-state area descend upon CACHE to strut their stuff....

CLUB CACHE has also become international! Just about every week we host dancers from all over Canada, the UK, Japan, Italy, France and Germany.... So whether you're a beginner or advanced dancer, instructor, performer, or just have an overall love for the music, the dance, or the culture--come out and be a part of this NYC underground Salsa nightclub experience.

Club Cache is a true fixture in the NYC salsa scene for those in the know-- and by this I mean, those who have a good handle of salsa-on-2, since the crowd is made up of the best dancers and instructors in NYC. Stop by any Thursday after 10pm and you will feel like you've stepped into a scene from 'Dance with Me'!

Super fun, but I don't recommend it for beginners or even experienced on-1 dancers since the crowd could be a little unwelcoming (umm, down right rude) for those not in the know...the first time I went I vowed to never go back, but 4 levels of Salsa-on-2 later courtesy of Salsa International, I did go back and had the time of my life! If you're timid about getting on this very crowded dance floor in the very least you can sit back with a little libation and enjoy from the sidelines...lots of seating in this little hidden salsa gem and it's quite a feast for the eyes!

Yes!

It's definitely hard to dance there...
